Bust: approx 18" flat across the back from side to side (no defined seam where arms start)

Bust: adjustable due to cut

The bodice is cut almost flapper like with little definition through the waist and then it has two notched tiers around the upper hip

It zips all the way up to the high collar and you could of course leave it open as low as you dared
