The company began operating under that name in 1887. The store label is "The Union" (Clothing Company), also located in Rochester New York from the late 1800's to approximately early 1900's. The coat has satin lapels and three double sets of satin covered decorative buttons in the front. The only fastener is a button and loop at the first row of buttons. The
