The suit is in very good condition with only a tiny seam pop at the shoulder as pictured

The overhang pleat at the shoulders and collarless neckline emphasise the strong lines of the piece and beautiful firing opens up to inverted pleats in the skirt to give it great swish and movement

This hat looks like it walked straight off the set of a 1930s detective movie and finding an example of a 1930s ladies fedora is very rare

The dress was cut in the classic hourglass silhouette of the period with an original fabric belt to nip in the waist. The oversized collar adds a real statement detail and leads to a single row of three buttons that fasten the dress at the bust. Matching pockets adorn the large patch pockets on each side of the hips and the sleeve cuffs.
