In the nose, it is complex and powerful with aromas of caramelized white fruits like peach and quince along with the scent of hazelnuts, almonds and acacia honey. On the palate, it displays aromatic richness of brioche bread, caramel and dried fruit. It is full creamy with a very soft mousse. The harmony is fantastic! The wine is aged for 3 years "sur lattes".
