The lambics come from five barrels and twelve brews, the oldest of which was brewed in April 2017. The final fruit intensity is 354 grams of Schaarbeek cherries per liter. 100% 3 Fountains. This Schaarbeekse Kriek macerated for a full year on a stainless steel tank. The lambics originate from 5 different barrels and 12 brews, of which the oldest lambic was brewed
