Front and rear gasket for one engine. 3 7 8" (3. 875") fits 103" OEM HD Twin Cooled engines only. Will not fit 103" non Twin Cooled models. Stock Twin Cam gasket is approx. 0. 040" thick. OEM replacement reference 16500066. MLS (Multi Layer Steel) explained: MLS consists of a top and bottom layer of embossed stainless steel, both sides coated with 250C heat resistant polymer rubber. The inner rings are also stainless steel.
