I would estimate it's perhaps from the 1940-50s or so anyway and made in France

The base is a triple chain made with two types of really great previously unused vintage brass chains from the 1960s, with a few freshwater pearls wrapped on it using gold fill wire. The wonderful vintage pearl (pearlized glass pearls) brooch is in fantastic condition. All the pearls are in place and the clasp is functioning
