These are the plastic gears that are used in the 244 one set consists of two plastic gears a spring and and arm I think they are all used in the control arm to push the tapeheads in and out

Removed from a working 244  nice clean panel

Fostex B16 reel motor early models Used in the first andMotor from the very first B16 units there is only a lot number I can see here 907300 but that might just be 1990 and a serial number This machine had been sitting so the back of the shaft had corroded and needs a buff , I would probably change the back bearing, but I ran it and its running nice, priced accordingly I can change the bearings for a fee but think I would run it first and see how it goes heavy so ask about the postage
