All appeared to be working as when I switched on the unit it lit up

Here is a complete channel set that you can probably use as is or for fault finding/ board swapping

I did not have the heart to scrap this its the main aluminium panel inside a Fostex B16

Bulbs are the fuse type here though i would probably just use a standard axial
