Two Rare CDV Photos of Scout Edwin Perrin, Native Americans Kit Carson Int 1800s full plate Pretty girl wearing gold necklaceTWO original, circa 1870 CDVs of Perrin, one on his burro, the second with a group of Southern Plains Indians. Probably taken in New Mexico around 1862, and published here by E & H. T. Anthony. Perrin was sent to the southwest by the Secretary of State to help arm Civil War troops in that region. Two very hard to find images! They are 4" x 2. 5" and in overall very good antique condition, with very light soiling, light wear (nicks, a small scuff). My
