It has a sweet smell and a slightly acidic taste. Wheat beer is based on an old recipe using barley, wheat, oat flakes and herb mixture. The addition of coriander and curacao orange peel, produces a beer very reminiscent of the well known 'Wheat beer' from Hoegaarden.
