Teac A-4010S 100k dual log pot alps This is from an R8

This is from an R8 I have seen different versions  of these where the flywheel differs with another bush it would seem but all seem  to be a generic fit on the shaft and the flywheel

I had one in a box so have listed it Don't confuse this with the bigger Porta 2 version this is about 2 inchs high

Eight tracks on 1/8 inch tape insane they used two 4 track heads but this is the original setting
