This tiny globular plant grows up to 6 cm in height and is known by its common name Twin spined cactus. It is a relatively rapid growing cactus that is virtually covered by spines. Twin spined cactus contains 20 thin white radial spines that resemble bristles and a few longer crimson center spines in the tiny areolas. Greenish white or
