She's wearing a special decorated dress, and was photographed by Wilson of Chicago in the 1890s. Not a snake charmer I am very familiar with, probably because she was so young here, and I suspect her career didn't last long. She is identified on the back as, possibly, "Little Dot Zelta, age 18".
