Tascam 48-OB Capstan motor BM-5 volt 15 watt I did not see these

I did not see these come apart but it looks like there are two motors on a metal panel with a sensor PCB on

This one has the "2SD389" on

very heavy low profile transformer from the 246 not seen before looks like 2 in one

There are different models of this board and that may spread over the different models this is the -300

I have left the unit with the power supply PCB connected so its an easy change
