Wooden Standing Heart Strong Women Tower Face - StanageI try to find a use for as much as possible, so that I waste as little as possible. These hearts are cut using a band saw from what would have been waste wood of other woodworkers who work on a larger scale. Once I have cut them I sand them, soften the edges, oil them and then carefully hand paint the edges allowing the paint to roll over the just enough to create a soft outline to the face of the heart.
