Each one comprising a Siberian amethyst centre with frosted rock crystal oval surround, reminiscent of a life saver, with diamond set millegrain bands at the compass points. They dangle from millegrain bezel set diamond tops (stud posts) and the backs feature wonderfully intricate chased foliate motifs. Signed and numbered Cartier London, signed period
