This is the rare one with two rows of 9 pins so guessing its a 6 pole change over switch

These boards do go wrong all the time and its normally a track break but can be tricky to find

its unusual as now Teac part number on the board so I have listed it as the print on top

the logic being that some channels would be used for line ins
